Also this casino does not give complimentary alcoholic small drinks as most do. The casino itself was fine for the most part although it is very much more tight with the comps than casinos elsewhere. There was no accommodation or apology for all of our wasted time in line. They could have kept track of the first 100 people by passing out slips or simply keeping tabs on the line but there was absolutely no planning put into it, and most of us were turned away even though we had registered. Management did nothing to stop all the people cutting into the front of line. We and the gobs of registrants behind us were told they could only take the first ,100 people. After a very long time they cutoff the line with the couple right in front of us.
Once they started they only had one clerk handling the tournament line and this was slower than molasses. Management let us all stand in line for a long period of time. There was a huge line of people that had registered (probably at least 300_500. Firstly they had a slot tournament that you stood in line to register for, then you were to come back and get inline to play. We went for a couple's trip as we had before to this casino.
